This Privacy and Cookie Policy has been created by JapanGarden.co.uk. This policy pertains directly to the JapanGarden.co.uk website. This Policy is produced to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy on our site.

We dont have mailing lists

We dont send out mass marketing emails

We will only use your email to get in touch with you concerning your enquiry or order

As a customer we currently hold some data about you on our system (usually just your contact details) but we want to be open and clear about how it’s used.

We hold the information you provide us with to help us ensure your orders arrive. We do have to share that information with the couriers but only for the purposes of the delivery.

Any other information you supply relates to your enquiry or an invoice in respect of your order.

Payment is normally transacted by Worldpay or PayPal off-site and their own data protocols exist.

You are welcome to review or ask to have your information deleted at any time, however we do need to keep invoices for our records.
